The Township of Langley's 2025 financial plan/budget is currently being developed, and with it this year's corresponding property tax increase.

The Langley Chamber will review information as it is released and provide information and comment here, as well as through official submissions to the Township.

The Chamber supports investments in services and infrastructure needed by our community, and plans to accommodate and serve our growing population.  That said, the Langley Chamber is keenly interested in the rate of tax increases at the municipal level due to the outsized impact those have on businesses who pay disproportionately more property taxes than residents.
