Certificates of Origin

COO

A Certificate of Origin (COO) is a document stating that goods exported in a shipment have been wholly obtained, produced, manufactured and/or processed in a particular country.  Several countries require a COO to accompany shipments and often request it to be signed and sealed by a Chamber of Commerce.

The Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce can provide our seal to certify the documents, attesting the information contained in the documents is correct to the best of our knowledge.  This service is available to Chamber members and Langley businesses which have a COO account set up with the Chamber.

Getting Started:

Before the Langley Chamber can process a COO, the business must have a COO account set up with us.

This is not a difficult process, but does require several documents to be provided.  Please contact info@langleychamber.com to inquire about setting up a COO account.

Availability: 

COO certification is offered during our regular business hours.  We kindly request appointments are made to ensure appropriate staff are available to process the COO.  Appointments can be made at info@langleychamber.com or 604 371 3770.

Cost:

Members:   A benefit of membership (no charge).

Non-Members:   $40.00.  This charge is per batch of COOs, up to 5 documents.
